IFTI experts identify the ideal approach and execute precision installation plans to completion.
The actual process of installing new flooring does not change significantly from one project to the next, but the planning and execution of each project may vary significantly. Over the years IFTI has identified different approaches on executing projects based on several common markets IFTI serves.
On time, on budget.
It is common for a retail chain to open several dozen new stores and remodel another several dozen in the same year. When working with retail clients, we spend most of our time on the front end planning and establishing standards. This allows us to execute on a large volume of projects with little involvement from the retailers once the standards have been established. Standards typically include project scope, deadlines, cost, specification review, etc.
For large-scale commercial projects, planning is everything.
We will work with the architect/designer during the planning phase to develop a testing scope that fits within the project schedule and budget. Ideally, we like to get involved on the front end of the project but we can also operate well into the execution phase. Regardless of when you choose to have IFTI involved in the process, we are capable of performing all specified concrete moisture tests and can handle any size project throughout US and Canada.
In healthcare, you must get it right the first time.
