IFTI tests and verifies your floors, and nothing else: no slab to pour, no floor to install, no scope to protect. Independent flatness, moisture, and polished concrete, held to one standard in every market.

We install nothing, warranty nothing, and pour nothing. Our only product is the measurement, so the number is the number, and the floor record is yours.
IFTI is North America’s leading independent concrete testing and flooring-expert company. Because we install nothing and pour nothing, our only product is the truth about your slab, documented to one national standard and delivered through our platform.
From a single problem slab to a thousand-store program, our ICRI- and ACI-certified technicians bring the same instruments, the same reporting, and the same independence to every market in the country.
No scope on your job to protect, so the number is the number.
One standard and one report format in every market, so a program can compare floor to floor.
Documentation built to hold up, from the field to the courtroom.
Flatness, moisture, and finish. Each one independently measured, documented to a single national standard, and ready to hand to anyone at the table, in Phoenix and Portland alike.
Full-surface elevation mapping on a measured grid, against the tolerance your floor is actually installed to, not a pass/fail number that expired 72 hours after the pour.
The moisture is already in the slab, from the mix, the ground, the site. We read it inside the slab, to your manufacturer’s warranty standard, before the floor seals it in.
When one vendor assesses the slab, writes the scope, does the work, prices the change orders, and grades the result, IFTI is the independent layer outside that chain.
The three flagship solutions anchor a full technology stack. Because we’re already on site, most of it rides along in a single mobilization, so a brand gets a complete condition record without paying for four separate trips.

Tell us what the project needs. We'll capture everything in a single mobilization.
Contour maps, moisture logs, 3D scans, compliance reports: every output lands in the IFTI Platform, your program’s permanent floor record. A number is an opinion; the platform is where the maps that end the argument live. Sign in from anywhere.

Your reports, your team, from any market.
One permanent record across the portfolio.
3D scans and as-builts, ready to drop in.
Hand a GC or installer the data that ends it.
Pre-installation verification: moisture + flatness
Moisture tested to your manufacturer’s warranty standard, and an elevation survey against the installation tolerance, while remediation is still cheap and on schedule.
Read this before you buy an FF/FL test
F-numbers expire roughly 72 hours after the pour. If flooring is going down later, your spec’s real intent is an elevation survey. Five minutes here saves the budget line.
Change-order verification
Send the CO and what’s behind it. We’ll tell you whether the testing was valid, whether the work is necessary, and what the quantity should really be, before you sign.
Independent polished concrete assessment
Whether a national vendor runs your program or you hire market by market: what actually happened, whether the proposed fix matches the problem, and what an overlay should truly cost.
Program-level testing & verification
One standard, one report format, one partner across every site: moisture, flatness, and polished concrete verification built into the rollout from store one.
See exactly what an IFTI survey delivers: the eleven output options, what each map shows, why it matters, and how to read it. Built from real project reports, the same ones your team opens in the platform.
Tell us the project, the timeline, and the flooring system. If your situation isn’t ours to solve, we’ll tell you that plainly, and point you to who can.
Price the risk before you own it.
